Terms and Conditions of Service

1. Scope of Work


1.1. The services provided are limited to those explicitly outlined in the work proposal/quote.

1.2. Any work outside the defined scope may incur additional charges, including but not limited to:
- Additional labor hours
- Travel and accommodation expenses
- Equipment rentals
- Emergency or after-hours service calls
- Project management time

2. Additional Costs and Exclusions


2.1. The following items are not included in standard service quotes unless explicitly stated:

a) Building and Structure:
- Building materials and repairs
- Ceiling tile replacement or repairs
- Cosmetic repairs and finishing work
- Services requiring licensed tradespeople
- Structural modifications or reinforcements

b) Electrical Systems:
- Electrical work of any nature
- Electrician services
- Electrical equipment and wiring
- Damages or complications arising from electrical issues
- Electrical system upgrades or modifications

c) Exhaust Systems:
- Modifications to exhaust hoods or ducting
- Additional appliance accessories or components
- System reconfigurations
- Components outside original work scope

3. Liability Limitations


3.1. The Company shall not be liable for:
- Loss of business revenue or sales
- Delays in project completion
- Business interruption costs
- Consequential damages
- Damages resulting from pre-existing conditions

4. Weather and Safety Conditions


4.1. The Company reserves the right to postpone or reschedule work due to:
- Extreme weather conditions
- Unsafe working conditions
- Equipment safety concerns
- Temperature-sensitive operations
- Conditions that may damage equipment or property

5. Authorization and Payment


5.1. Work Authorization:
- A signed Work Authorization and Waiver may be required before work commencement
- Changes to scope require written approval
- Emergency work may require verbal authorization

5.2. Payment Terms:
- Deposits are non-refundable
- Pricing subject to change without notice
- Payment schedules as outlined in work proposal
- Additional work requires separate authorization
