Fire Suppression Services
A Fire Suppression System is your first line of defense in your commercial kitchen from cooking equipment fires. The detector line is equipped with temperature-rated safety links. When there is a temperature consistent with a fire, the link line will trigger a reaction, setting off the system, and expelling liquid extinguishing agents through nozzles built into your canopy.
A kitchen canopy suppression system quickly contains the fire so you can be back up and running with minimal downtime. Many restaurants still contain older suppression systems which may need upgrading, repairs, and hydro testing of the suppressant agent cylinders. This can void any insurance claim if not properly taken care of.
